Booking Guide.
- Booking can be done 60 days prior to Check-in date.
- Maximum booking duration is 60 days.
- Check-in: 11:00 AM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
Cancellation and Booking charges
- Deposit of Rs. 3000/- per room charged during booking.
- Rs. 1000/- Deduction per room on cancellation.
- 2.05% Convenience fees applied upon booking is non-refundable.
Payment
- Credit cards / Debit Cards / UPI
- 100% deposit amount to be paid online online.
Added Amenities
- AC available at Rs. 100/- per day.
- parking charges at Rs. 25/- per day.

Terms & Conditions
Room Booking :
- Room booking will open only 60 days prior to the check-in date.
- A deposit of âš3,000/- per room will be charged upon booking confirmation.
- Maximum booking of 30 days is permitted in system.
- Booking once done cannot be edited.
Additional Charges:
- AC charges: âš100 per day (if opted).
- Parking (Car): âš25 per day (if opted).
- Cooking Gas: as per actuals.
- Electricity: as per actuals
Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellation charges âš1,000/- per room.
- Payment gateway charges will not be refunded upon cancellation.
- Payment will be refunded to original payment method in 8-10 days.
